"I stared training with Laura during COVID and when the lockdowns started, I wasn't training, and didn't really have a plan. Until Laura contacted us if we would like to train in her garage. I was pretty scared at first because I've seen her around the gym and she's this top athlete and I'm just this noob that's just starting out. But Laura assured me that it's okay and to trust the process. She immediately change my lifting techniques from doing conventional deadlifts to sumo deadlifts.
