Power Elite was founded in 2016 when Scott Hill, known to his clients as “Bossman,” saw an opportunity to create a truly unique gym experience in Smeaton Grange, NSW. With a background as an international powerlifter, bodybuilder, and body transformation specialist, Scott brought not just his expertise but his home gym equipment to create a space where everyone—from serious lifters to those starting their fitness journey—could find their place.

What began as a small venture quickly grew, fueled by word-of-mouth and a community that resonated with Scott’s vision. Power Elite became more than a gym; it became a second home for those who are passionate about strength, wellness, and personal growth.
